Direct Cover is the service that will allow you to enjoy the best entertainment we offer and also give you peace of mind. This coverage plan is optional and protects customers from unexpected inconveniences.
Replacement of decoders: should your decoders fail to function due to manufacturer’s defects or through the course of normal wear and tear, they will be replaced at no extra cost to you.
Replacement of decoders: should your decoders be stolen, they will be replaced at no extra cost to you once a report has been made to the authorities and a copy of this report submitted to DIRECTV.
Replacement of remote control: should your remote control fail to function, due to manufacturer’s defects or through the course of normal wear and tear, it will be replaced at no cost to you.
Technical visits: once a service report is made, our technicians will conduct a visit to address any issues with your DIRECTV equipment at no additional cost to you.
