we offer and also give you peace of mind. This coverage plan is optional and protects
customers from unexpected inconveniences.

- The DIRECTV receiver fails to function properly

Direct Cover Benefits:
- Replacement of decoders: should your decoders fail to function due to manufacturer’s
defects or through the course of normal wear and tear, they will be replaced at
no extra cost to you.
- Replacement of decoders: should your decoders be stolen, they will be replaced
at no extra cost to you once a report has been made to the authorities and a copy
of this report submitted to DIRECTV.
- Replacement of remote control: should your remote control fail to function,
due to manufacturer’s defects or through the course of normal wear and tear, it
will be replaced at no cost to you.
- Technical visits: once a service report is made, our technicians will conduct
a visit to address any issues with your DIRECTV equipment at no additional cost
to you.
DIRECT COVER subscribers pay a minimal monthly cost per receiver for this protection
plan.
